For 360 AC Members Only: This is a request for booth space at the 360 AC Experience: Camp, Climb, Hike at Reflection Riding Arboretum and Nature Center in April 2025.
Booth placement is done at the discretion of 360AC Staff and based on seniority if they are received by February 20, 2025. After that date, requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If space is not available, you will be fully refunded.

360 AC Experience: Camp, Climb, Hike – Chattanooga 2025 Booth Application
Requests for booth space will be reviewed and assigned space based on seniority if they are received by February 20, 2025. After that date, booth requests will be filled based on a first-come, first-served basis as availability of space allows. If space is not available, you will be refunded for your purchase.
Please note:
- Your request for booth space binds you and your fellow exhibitors to the 360AC Event Rules and 360AC Demo Rules.
- Refund Policy: The latest an exhibitor can pull out of a show and receive a refund is 45 days prior to Load-In. The office must be notified by email to be eligible for a refund.
LOCATION: Reflection Riding Arboretum
FORMAT: We will be hosting this event at Reflection Riding Arboretum and will promote it on the 360AC website and with email newsletters. A listing of participating exhibitors with their product lines will be available on the 360AC website. It is the responsibility of each individual exhibitor to make appointments for this event.
SHOW HOURS:
Monday April 7th
Move In: 9:00pm – 12:00pm
Afternoon Activity: 12:00pm – 6:00pm (optional)
Tuesday April 8th
Morning Activity: 7:30am – 8:30am (optional)
Clinics: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Experiential Activity: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
Wednesday April 10th
Morning Activity: 7:30am – 8:30am (optional)
Clinics: 9:00am – 2:00pm
Load Out: 2:00pm – 5:00pm
EVENT DETAILS: This event is held rain or shine.
CLINICS: Will be on a 30-minute rotating basis. Please list the product lines you’ll clinic in your booth application.
PARKING: Exhibitors may park behind their Exhibit Space. General attendance parking and camping will be inside the Candy Flats Fenced field.
EXPERIENTIAL ACTIVITIES: We’re grouping these into 3 main activities that multiple reps & brands can support. For example – multiple footwear brands can support Trail Running & Hiking as a group. Optional Experiential Activities will be happening Monday & Tuesday. 360AC staff will be reaching out with more details on how to sign up.
MORNING ACTIVITIES DAY 1 and DAY 2: These activities are designed to start each day off on a positive note. Participation by each exhibitor is optional and not mandatory. If you’d want to lead one of these activities, please let 360AC staff know.
FOOD: A FREE LUNCH will be served via Food Trucks in the Exhibit Area both days for all participants (12:00pm – 1:00pm).
DINNER SPONSOR DAY 1: We are looking for a Sponsor(s) for catered dinner on Tuesday Evening April 8th. Inquire with the office for more details.
ALCOHOL: Consumption during Event Hours is against Demo/Experience Rules.
ELECTRICAL: No electricity is available. Come prepared with a mobile power supply if you need it.
COMPANY PERSONNEL ATTENDING: There is no charge since this event is outside.
LODGING FACILITIES: We have not secured hotel room blocks for this event but all major hotel chains are represented 3 miles away.
CAMPING: Is available and FREE inside the Candy Flats Fenced Field. We will have Port-o-Johns on-site in the camping area. You may park your vehicle near your tent if you are camping. Potable Water is available at the Nature Center. Meals will not be provided in the evening or morning so come prepared to cook. There are numerous restaurants nearby.
SECURITY: There will not be overnight security. Please lock any valuables in your vehicle overnight.
COI REQUIREMENTS: A COI is required for to participate in this event. Requirements are below:

Please note that booth size is not to scale. The community circle will be tightened up based on the number of Exhibitor Spaces sold. Our goal is to have an exhibit space that is easy to utilize and provides everyone equal exposure to attendees.
