For 360 AC Members Only: This is a request for booth space at the 360 AC Southeast Winter Expo in Greenville, SC in November, 2023.
Requests for booth space will be reviewed and assigned based on seniority if they are received by September 26, 2023. After that date, requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If space is not available, you will be fully refunded.

360 AC SOUTHEAST WINTER EXPO 2023
Requests for booth space will be reviewed and assigned space based on seniority if they are received by September 26, 2023. After that date, booth requests will be filled based on a first-come, first-served basis as availability of space allows. If space is not available, you will be refunded for your purchase.
Please note:
- Your request for booth space binds you and your fellow exhibitors to the 360AC Event Rules.
- Refund Policy: The latest an exhibitor can pull out of a show and receive a refund is 45 days prior to Load-In. The office must be notified by email to be eligible for a refund.

FORMAT: We will be using Hall 1, and will promote the event on the 360 Adventure Collective website, e-mail newsletters and with a postcard mailer. A listing of participating reps that purchase booth space with their product lines will also be available on the website and in the Show Program. It is the responsibility of each individual exhibitor to make appointments for the show.
PRIMARY BOOTH FEES: Booths are $350.00 per 10’x10’
TENT/ AUXILIARY SPACE FEES: $50.00 per 10’x10’
EXHIBITOR MAP:
BOOTH SPACE: Each booth will come with an 8′ back drape and 3′ side panels, and includes ONE (1) 6′ draped table, THREE (3) folding chairs, ONE (1) wastebasket, and ONE (1) ID sign. Aisles will be carpeted for this show. Table skirt and 3′ drape will be royal blue while back drape will be black.
BOOTH LAYOUT: Photos below are examples of how you can arrange your booth. Please indicate your preference in the appropriate space above.
TENT/AUXILIARY SPACE: Is located in designated areas throughout the exhibit hall (please note, this is not tied to your Seniority #) and sold at a 1:1 Ration to Primary Booth Space based on space availability. It is restricted for display of larger samples (Tents/Boats) as determined by show management. Please check with the office to see if you qualify to use this space.
EARLY DROP-OFF: More info will be available closer to show for those with large booth formats (this is on an Invite basis only).
SET-UP: Sunday, November 12th, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Vehicle access to the back of the hall IS available on Sunday. If it’s necessary for you to set-up past the 6pm close, you will incur an additional fee to cover the expense of security.
TRAILER PARKING: Is NOT available inside the back of the hall. Please park near the airport across the street.
VEHICLE AS PART OF DISPLAY: Please notify the office if you want to use your vehicle as part of your display (ex: roof rack display), which will require early drop-off. You must abide by Fire Marshal Regulations:
- Tank less than ¼ full •Car Battery disconnected •Gas cap must be secured, locked and/or covered with tape
POP-UP TENTS: Fire Marshal Regulations limits Exhibitors to no more than 2-10’x10’ Pop-Up Tents side by side. This is due to the fact that they block the overhead sprinklers. This also applies to two exhibitors next to each other using Pop-Up’s…no more than 2 side by side at adjoining booths.
ELECTRICAL: Advanced Cost is $75.00 per outlet, and must be ordered on the convention center web link 30 days prior to move in: https://meetgcc.com/exhibitors/electrical-services-form/ . Rates jump to $100 within 30 days prior to the show, or on-site. You must provide your own spotlights, extension cords, power strips, etc.
SHIPPING: UPS / Fed Ex – type shipments will be received and handled by Carolina Tradeshow Decorators (CTD) that may arrive for 360AC exhibitors starting Friday November 10, 2023. A charge of 35.00 per box for all small packages up to 50 lbs. will be charged and payable to CTD. If you have packages weighing more than 50 lbs., or product arriving on a common carrier that will have to be routed through CTD, refer to the exhibitor service kit for the appropriate rate. If your packages arrive earlier than Friday November 10th, they will be refused. Please have your Company ship to:

BREAK-DOWN: Removing a Display, Boat or Merchandise from your booth prior to the set break-down time will incur a $1,000 Penalty (payable on site) and loss of Seniority Number for one year as detailed in Event Show Rules.
SECURITY: The hall will be unlocked at 8:00am and LOCKED at 6:30pm. Once you leave the hall you will not be allowed back in until the next day.
FOOD/CONCESSIONS: The Greenville Convention Center has made it clear that NO outside food or beverage (including alcohol) can be brought into the building. There will be a limited concession menu available between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Deborah McKenzie in Banquet sales is willing to work with anyone with a special request, her contact information is: 864-255-5850 .
COMPANY PERSONNEL ATTENDING: Any company personnel attending must abide by the same 360AC Show Rules, which means they are required to pay the $150.00 Assisting fee. Fees may be paid on-site during set-up. If company personnel have attended the event without payment, the rep that purchased space will be invoiced.
INTERNET: Wireless internet is FREE and labeled as the “Convention Center” wireless network.
MEMBERSHIP MEETING: Wednesday November 15th, Hall 1 Concourse @ 6:15pm.
LUNCH: A Free Catered Lunch will be served each show day inside Hall 1 behind the 200 aisle, from Noon to 1:30pm.
DAY 1 SOCIAL MIXER: Join us for an opening day Social Mixer Monday November 13th in the Hall 1 Concourse. Enjoy your favorite beverages and light snacks, as you mix and finalize dinner plans for later.
