For 360 AC Members Only: This is a request for booth space at the 360 AC New England Winter Market in Worcester, MA in December, 2023.
Requests for booth space will be reviewed and assigned based on seniority if they are received by October 5, 2023. After that date, requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If space is not available, you will be fully refunded.

360 AC NEW ENGLAND WINTER MARKET 2023
Requests for booth space will be reviewed and assigned space based on seniority if they are received by October 5, 2023. After that date, booth requests will be filled based on a first-come, first-served basis as availability of space allows. If space is not available, you will be refunded for your purchase.
Please note:
- Your request for booth space binds you and your fellow exhibitors to the 360AC Event Rules.
- Refund Policy: The latest an exhibitor can pull out of a show and receive a refund is 45 days prior to Load-In. The office must be notified by email to be eligible for a refund.

FORMAT: We will be using the DCU Convention Center and Grand Ballroom. The hall will have aisle carpeting. We will promote the event on the 360 Adventure Collective website, e-mail newsletters and with a postcard mailer. A listing of participating reps that purchase booth space with their product lines will also be available on the website and in the Show Program. It is the responsibility of each individual exhibitor to make appointments for the show.
PRIMARY BOOTH FEES: Booths are $430.00 per 10’x10’
SHOW HOURS: Monday December 4 through Wednesday December 6 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Thursday December 7 9:00am to 3:00.
SET-UP: Sunday December 3, 2023 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
BREAK-DOWN: Thursday December 7 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Removing a Display, Boat or Merchandise from your booth prior to the set break-down time will incur a $1,000 Penalty (payable on site) and loss of Seniority Number for one year as detailed in Event Show Rules.
BOOTH SPACE: Booth space will be in the Exhibit Hall and Pre-function area on the main floor and the South Ballroom, Pre-function, and Meeting Rooms on the 3rd floor. Each 10×10 booth comes with 8′ drape behind, 3′ drape on the sides, one table, and three chairs.
MEMBERSHIP MEETING: Wednesday December 6th, 8:00 am, location TBD.
EXHIBITOR MAP:
STORAGE: Due to Fire Marshall regulations, NOTHING may be stored between the drape/behind your booth. We have storage available in a location TBD.
VEHICLE PARKING: Use the 30 Major Taylor Parking Garage on the corner of Major Taylor Blvd. and MLK Jr. Blvd. off of exit 16 from Rt. 290 (directly across from the Hilton Garden). Maximum Height in this garage is 6’8”
OVERSIZED VEHICLE/TRAILER PARKING: Oversize/Trailer Parking is located in the lot behind the DCU center and is accessible from MLK Blvd. Price is $20/day/spot and you must sign up in advance.
ELECTRICAL: Must be purchased through the on-line service with the DCU Center at this address: https://www.dcucenter.com/event-planning/exhibitor-services1/
SHIPPING: We will offer small package delivery to your booth; Limit 3 packages per day not to exceed 20 lbs. Any additional packages or additional weight, you will incur Drayage Fees. INTERNET: Free WIFI is available.
SECURITY: The hall will be unlocked at 8:00am and LOCKED at 6:30pm. Everyone must be OUT OF THE HALL by 7:00pm. Once you leave the hall you will not be allowed back in until the next day.
FOOD/CONCESSIONS: TBD
COMPANY PERSONNEL ATTENDING: Any company personnel attending must abide by the same 360AC Show Rules, which means they are required to pay the $150.00 Assisting fee. Fees may be paid on-site during set-up. If company personnel have attended the event without payment, the rep that purchased space will be invoiced.
