Event Description
Show is located in Hall 1 of the Greenville Convention Center. Please reference the GCC Site Map for the hall location, entrance and closest parking lot. This is an open-booth format, and tends to be an appointment driven show (please contact your Sales Rep for an appointment); however, we highly encourage leaving some open time for walking the show to discover new product lines.
Morning Coffee: Grab a cup of hot coffee or tea while you’re getting your show credentials prior to the show opening.
Early Appointments: If you have a pre-show hours appointment (8:00am), please have your Sale Rep meet you in the registration lobby to escort you into the show.
Free Catered Lunch: Enjoy a free catered lunch sponsored by 360AC, located in Hall 1 from Noon to 1:30pm each show day. The Chef has created a varied menu each day, which includes Vegetarian options.
Enjoy a ‘Parks on the Air’ & ‘Summits on the Air’ demo during lunch. Bret Phillips (with Carolina Trade Show Decorators) will demonstrate and explain how this process works and why it is a vital to link remote communications in the backcountry.
Afternoon Snacks: Enjoy each day’s snack in the center aisle at 3:00pm. Day 2 snacks are sponsored by Kuhl & Hidden Waters Trading. Be sure to stop by their booth (1017-1031) to tell them Thanks!
After Hours Mixers: Join us for the following mixers while at the show:
- Monday June 19th: 6:00pm-7:00pm at Hall 1 Concourse of GCC. Connect with industry friends, enjoy a beverage and light snacks, and make dinner plans before heading out for the evening. Sponsored by 360 Adventure Collective.
- Tuesday June 20th: 7:00pm at The Commons. 147 Welborn Street, Greenville, SC 29601. Hosted by Outdoor Sports Marketing.
Bring Your Water Bottle: We’ll have a water refilling station at the show so you don’t need to buy a plastic bottle. Please bring your own!
